Liability/Security Deposit
Any person causing damages to the property or hostel equipment is liable within the regulations stated in the law (particularly with regard to persons in charge of youth and organisers). In case of theft and wilful damage to property, a report will be made immediately. At the time of departure of groups the staff will check the rooms. Compensation for possible damage and for lost keys will be charged and must be paid in cash at the time of departure. In the case of damage caused by the guest, the YMCA Hostel is liable only if the causer of the damage acted in gross negligence. The YMCA Hostel does not assume any liability for luggage deposited in the luggage room or for motor vehicles and bycicles parked within the hostel compound. |
