Advance Payment
For groups of eight persons or more and for reservations at a total cost of CHF 500 or more, an advance payment of 50% of the total time of stay must be transferred to the hostel bank account. (For bank details see confirmation of reservation). The advance payment must be made within two weeks after receipt of the confirmation of reservation, in the case of short-term reservations the advance payment must be made two weeks before arrival at the latest. If applicable, costs incurred by the money transfer are the guest’s responsibility. |
